2 Bulbs of Garlic

Chop and crush into two piles then crush with the blade of a knife then chop and cut in 2 seperate Piles.

Take the 2 piles and place in 2 coffee cups and Olive Oil Just enough to cover all garlic in cup.


One Cup is for Gravy The Other is for our Meatballs !

You can do this Friday or Early Saturday.


Anna's Meatballs and Sausage

One Pound of 80/20 Chop Meat Yes 80/20

One Cup of Grated Cheese Locatelli or Parmescan Cheese must be grated not shreeded GRATED

One Cup of Italian Progresso Bread Crumbs

One of our coffee cups of garlic and oil

One Raw Egg or 2 if needed

Sausage- 5 links of Good Italian Sweet Sausage

3 One  Pound Cans of Crushed Tomatoes

1 can of Paste

One Bulb of Garlic already in our coffee Cup

Basil a fistfull they may sell it in small packs.

5 Tablespoons of Sugar

3 Tablespoons of Salt

1/2 cup red wine

4 split chicken breasts pound flat

a cup of Panko Bread Crumbs

The secret one pound of thick sliced Muenster Cheese

a cup of Flour

Olive Oil for cooking

1 pound Fusili

1 pound Gnocchi
